Buying a beautiful plant is easy, and the harder part only starts afterwards. Who waters it when half the team is on holiday, and what should happen to the ficus in the corner that has been dropping its leaves for months? In most companies these questions end up with the office manager, who has plenty on their plate already.
When you rent, it isn't your risk if a plant doesn't cope with its spot. The plant stays ours, so keeping it in good condition is in our interest too, which is why we choose it and look after it in a way that keeps it beautiful for a long time.
What does office plant rental include?
When you rent, the plants and their care come as one package.
Plants chosen for the spot
We choose every plant to suit the light in that particular corner and the size of the space. That way you don't end up with a lovely specimen that doesn't belong there and loses its shape within a few weeks.
Regular care
We come back to water, feed and keep the leaves tidy, so the plants stay in good shape for the whole rental period.
Photo report
After every visit we send you photos of what we did. Even if you weren't in the office that day, you can still see what condition the plants are in.
Replacement if a plant struggles
If a rented plant starts to struggle, we replace it, and you don't have to source the new one either. With rental, the condition of the plants is our responsibility.
Taking the plants off the office manager's plate
Plant rental usually lands on the desk of the office manager or the facility manager, for whom greenery is just one item among many. We work in a way that keeps the plants off your to-do list altogether.

Free on-site survey
We come out, look at the light and the spaces, and listen to what kind of atmosphere you'd like in the office.

After the survey we send you a quote with the suggested plants and the monthly fee, so you know in advance what to budget for.
Planting
Once you give us the go-ahead, we bring in and plant everything, which usually takes one working day. From then on, the care is our job.

How much does office plant rental cost?
The price depends on the size of the space, the light and the plants, so the monthly fee for a reception can be very different from that of a whole office floor. That's why we give you a precise quote after the free on-site survey, so you can see the monthly cost up front.
Which plants can I rent?
We always suggest the plant that will feel at home in that particular spot. A low-light corridor might get a ZZ plant (Zamioculcas), a reception in partial shade a Kentia palm, and a bright corner with diffused light a Monstera. In our Plant library we describe, species by species, how much light and water each one needs.
What's the difference between plant rental and plant care?
When you rent, the plants are ours, so replacing them is our responsibility too. If you already have your own plants, we take them over after a survey and look after them for a monthly fee. You get the photo report either way.
Can I rent plants for a reception or a clinic?
Yes. Besides offices, we also work in receptions, hotels and clinics, and there too we choose the plants to suit the light of the space.
Do you rent plants for events?
For events we create plant decorations, and we've worked at Müpa, the Opera House and the Aranybál at the Pesti Vigadó. These are quoted individually, so just send us the date and the venue.
